Originally from Gods Own Country Kerala , he has made Gujarat now his first home. He has huge broad spectrum of experience with more than 7000 conventional and minimally invasive surgeries equally backed up by more than 10000 orthopaedic reconstructive surgeries.
He had experience in medical school teaching of more than 8 years as well. He learned his basics of endoscopy from Dr S Gore. He spent variable mentor training period with Dr S Rajasekaran, Dr K V Menon, Dr P R Patel, Dr Y J Desai and Dr Bharat Dave. He has the reputed international YESS endoscopy fellowship expertise from USA under Dr AT Yeung and fellowship in Germany under Dr S Reutten.
He has further learned and improvised advanced skills from Germany, Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Netherland, china and Turkey. He has special interest in extensive deformity correction. He heads the Department of Endoscopy and Deformity Correction at Stavya Spine Hospital.
He is active in many spine surgical forums in India (ASSI, AO, MISSAB, MSF, SAG )especially MISS associations and involved in deliberations of many conferences yearly , delivering lectures and conducting training workshops nationally and internationally.
He has multiple publications to his credit in national and International Journals and Books.He is also active at many public forums and initiatives to promote holistic spine health well being and charity work in spine health care in India/Gujarat for poor people.
